Way of working
The way we work on any and every job is a combination of personal and professional skills.
Whether domestic or commercial, our customers are people, people we like and people who deserve to be treated with thought and respect.
We thoroughly understand the problems sewage and wastewater management can cause and the disruption and mess that is often inevitable. With this in mind, we do our very best to minimise mess and disruption, to work as quickly and neatly as possible and to leave every job and site in the best possible condition. Here are some examples of our work on recent projects:
Wick nr. Bristol
We approach every job, however big or small, with the same degree of professionalism. We start by making sure that we completely understand what needs to be done. In nearly all cases this requires a site visit and subsequent report / estimate.
To make a proper evaluation as quick and easy as possible for our customers, we offer free inspections, followed up by a clear assessment of the work we believe to be required, either verbal or written (for a written report, there may be a charge).
Having carefully assessed exactly what is required, we are then able to allocate exactly the right resources, both in terms of plant / equipment and ESTS personnel, to ensure that the job runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key to making sure jobs run smoothly are good scheduling and planning, never over-committing staff or resources and always being prepared for the worst case scenario.
As each job progresses, ESTS management, if not directly involved, maintains close contact with the site team on a daily basis.
Our professional goal is to deliver the best possible result, on time and on budget. For additional reassurance, we offer 3 years’ free warranty on labour to support manufacturers’ guarantees on products and parts.
