All prices available on request "BIODISC" SERVICING CONTRACTSGOLD SERVICE SCHEDULE (FULLY INCLUSIVE) ESTS undertake to replace or repair the electrical and mechanical items detailed below should they fail during the contract period. The equipment will be inspected on a regular basis, to ensure correct mechanical/electrical operation of the system. The service and parts will be provided free of charge subject to the Conditions of Contract. Service visits, Electrical Inspection, Mechanical Inspection, Effluent Inspection, Replacement Motor, Replacement Gearbox, Replacement Bearings, Replacement Drive Components, Replacement Electrical Components, Consumable Items, Call Outs, Travel Costs and Expenses, Annual Report, Pumping Equipment (if detailed above). SILVER SERVICE SCHEDULE (LABOUR AND MILEAGE ONLY) ESTS undertake to make routine inspections of the equipment covering: - Service Visits, Mechanical Inspections, Electrical Inspection, Detailed Service Report, Pumping Equipment (if detailed above). PUMP SERVICING CONTRACTSWe would suggest that routine maintenance is carried out on a twice-yearly basis. On each service we would:Lift and clean pumps; change and top-up oil levels where necessary; Mega test the pump motors; clean and check the operation of the floats, non-return and gate valves and all associated electrical connections; test all electrical controls; the pit to be inspected, cleaned and any fatty deposits broken up, any other foreign matter that could be detrimental to the smooth running of the equipment will also be removed; Mega test the electrics and check the control panel and electrical supply. Following each visit we will send a separate report of our findings together with an invoice for the service. Any minor faults found during the service visits will be notified at the time and rectified if possible, following verbal instruction. Should we pick up on any more major faults, you will be notified in writing and the work when carried out will be invoiced separately on receipt of an order from the client. |
