We approach every job, however big or small, with the same degree of professionalism. We start by making sure that we completely understand what needs to be done. In nearly all cases this requires a site visit and subsequent report / estimate.
To make a proper evaluation as quick and easy as possible for our customers, we offer free inspections, followed up by a clear assessment of the work we believe to be required, either verbal or written (for a written report, there may be a charge).
Having carefully assessed exactly what is required, we are then able to allocate exactly the right resources, both in terms of plant / equipment and ESTS personnel, to ensure that the job runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key to making sure jobs run smoothly are good scheduling and planning, never over-committing staff or resources and always being prepared for the worst case scenario.
As each job progresses, ESTS management, if not directly involved, maintains close contact with the site team on a daily basis.
